Residency Vs RN Apprenticeship

Registered Apprenticeship Programs combine paid-work experience with education. They are validated by the U.S. Department of Labor leading to a certificate of completion from that agency. Residency Programs are not validated by any governing body and vary greatly between programs. The TruMont RN Apprenticeship Program has been validated by the U.S. Department of Labor and is a nationally recognized apprenticeship program. This national recognition provides participants an official credential certificate of apprenticeship. Partnering organizations have the opportunity to receive grants to fund the program.
