Workplace Culture Toolbox

PURPOSE

PROGRAM COURSES

PURPOSE

Engage and support staff members during a time of change for the hospital or unit,  a changing culture or transition into a new culture.

Whether the change is developmental, transitional or transformational, all change produces fear, doubt and insecurity in staff.

Culture change must be managed over time for the changes to be hard-wired and sustained and for maximum results to be realized.
